Video Call Setup:

The service will be conducted through a video call using platforms like Discord, WhatsApp, Viber, or Messenger. Our technician will guide you on setting up the call and may request to view your monitor's BIOS menu.

Software Download:

To monitor any issues during the test, our technician may ask you to download a ZIP folder containing the necessary software onto your PC.

Service Duration:

The boost, adjustments, or undervolting service may take up to 3 hours. This allows us to make optimal adjustments in the BIOS settings and thoroughly test your system. Please account for this time when scheduling your appointment.

BIOS Profile and Testing:

Once we find the optimal adjustments, we save them to your BIOS profile. You'll have the flexibility to switch between profiles, including your motherboard's default profile. Additionally, if your system is stable and no issues arise (such as blue screens), we may request an additional 3-hour test period. After this, we'll ask you to log in to your favorite games and play for 1 hour. If no issues are encountered during gameplay, congratulations! Your system has successfully undergone the boost.

Free UK Mainland Delivery on All Orders:

We are pleased to offer free delivery to addresses within the UK mainland for all orders. Our free delivery service is available exclusively for mainland UK addresses and typically takes 2-5 working days (Monday to Friday) for the order to reach your desired location.

PC Builds:

For orders involving PC builds, please be aware that the delivery time is in addition to the build time required for your customized PC. The build time typically takes up to 3 working days, depending on the current order volume. Please note that delivery charges apply for PC builds unless you opt for collecting the order directly from our workshop.

1. Unwanted Items: If you wish to return an unwanted item, you have a 14-day window from the date of receipt. To be eligible for a full refund, please ensure the item is returned in its original packaging and in an as-new, re-saleable condition. Please note that return of services is not accepted.The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
2. Incorrect/Damaged Items: In the rare event that you receive an incorrect item or one that has been damaged during transit, we'll gladly refund the full cost of return shipping. Simply contact our customer support team, and they will guide you through the return process.
3. Faulty Items: If an item develops a fault within 30 days of purchase, please return it to us. We'll refund the cost of return shipping and promptly work towards resolving the issue. After 30 days, returning the item directly to the manufacturer may be more efficient, but our customer services department will assist you throughout the process.

1. Contact our customer support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
2. Securely pack the item in its original packaging, adding an additional protective outer packaging if possible.
3. Clearly label the package with the provided RMA number.
4. Ship the item using a reliable and trackable shipping method. We recommend obtaining proof of postage.
5. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we'll initiate the refund or take appropriate action based on the specific scenario.

Return Postage Coverage:

For the first 3 months of product ownership, we cover the return postage costs for faulty items. If you encounter any issues within this initial period, simply contact us, and we will guide you through the return process at no additional cost to you.

Lifetime Technical Support:

We are committed to providing ongoing support to our customers. Even after the 2-year parts cover period expires, we offer lifetime technical support. Our expert technicians will diagnose any issues that arise and provide advice on required component upgrades. You can take advantage of our competitive component prices and have our technicians perform the upgrade for you.

Warranty Limitations:

Please note that our 2-year warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original buyer of the product. We are unable to extend our warranty to third parties.
