For orders involving PC builds, please be aware that the delivery time is in addition to the build time required for your customized PC. The build time typically takes up to 3 working days, depending on the current order volume. 1. Unwanted Items: If you wish to return an unwanted item, you have a 14-day window from the date of receipt. To be eligible for a full refund, please ensure the item is returned in its original packaging and in an as-new, re-saleable condition. Please note that return of services is not accepted.The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
2. Incorrect/Damaged Items: In the rare event that you receive an incorrect item or one that has been damaged during transit, we'll gladly refund the full cost of return shipping. Simply contact our customer support team, and they will guide you through the return process.
3. Faulty Items: If an item develops a fault within 30 days of purchase, please return it to us. We'll refund the cost of return shipping and promptly work towards resolving the issue.
