For orders involving PC builds, please be aware that the delivery time is in addition to the build time required for your customized PC. The build time typically takes up to 3 working days, depending on the current order volume. Please note that delivery charges apply for PC builds unless you opt for collecting the order directly from our workshop.

1. Unwanted Items: If you wish to return an unwanted item, you have a 14-day window from the date of receipt. 3. Faulty Items: If an item develops a fault within 30 days of purchase, please return it to us. We'll refund the cost of return shipping and promptly work towards resolving the issue.
